    Clarity first, then investment. In the potential analysis we look at how you work, talk to your team and find the spots where AI genuinely gives you time back.

    • Prioritised use cases: the three to five processes with the greatest leverage for you.
    • A roadmap with clear next steps, from the first pilot to a lasting routine.
    • An honest cost-benefit assessment per use case, including the effort for your team.
  2. 02

    Strategy & first pilot

    Which solution fits your structures and your team? We choose it together and test it on a small scale, with the people who will work with it.

  3. 03

    Learn & embed

    We review the pilot together. Training and documentation make sure your team can carry on without us.

For organisations in Germany. Up to 12 coaching days across up to 7 months. Your own contribution: 2,880 € at most.
