It is available to organisations based in Germany. **You are eligible if:** - Fewer than 250 employees - At least one full-time position subject to social insurance - At least 2 years in operation - Registered in Germany - Associations, foundations and NGOs included **Example:** 6 coaching days with me over 4 to 5 months: 7,200 euros in total, 1,440 euros your own contribution. **The path:** free initial consultation at an INQA advisory centre, receive the coaching voucher, get started. ### Are we a match? - You are an association, an NGO, a social enterprise or an SME with a social mission. - Recurring tasks eat up time you would rather invest in your impact. - You want to use AI without falling for the next hype tool. - Your team should be brought along, not steamrolled. - You have fewer than 250 employees and have been active for at least 2 years?
